School Camp provides our students with opportunities to learn independence skills away from home and to interact with their peers in a different environment. Students learn to communicate, collaborate and build friendships outside the classroom setting as well as encourage them to step out of their comfort zones and try new activities.
At St Monica’s Catholic Primary School, students in Grade 3-4 and 5-6 partake in different overnight school camps. This gives our students the opportunity to provide a unique and enriching environment for children to learn and grow outside of the traditional classroom setting, fostering personal, social and emotional development in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
